Objectives:
• To assess ways and means in which
lessons learnt from other countries may be useful to the current process of
reconciliation in Colombia in general and in Cartagena and Bolivar in
particular;
• To incorporate this goal into
overall SSCC activities and especially its youth programme;
• To provide sustainability to this
process through the informal network and
think-tank which will be established at
the Conference;
• To develop concrete projects to
support relevant needs and initiatives in
Cartagena and Bolivar and build synergies with other countries.
